Art Carousel is a comprehensive program using visual arts, storytelling, music, and hands-on creation to reinforce learning and discovery through literature.
The program serves the general public, and provides specific opportunities for school groups, disadvantaged youth, and social service agencies to immerse children in the world of art and creativity in a nonthreatening inclusive environment. If you are interested in how your group can experience Art Carousel, contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.

Our Family Fun Day debuted our new Puppet Theatre. Children created their very own puppets and later enjoyed a puppet show in the Baue Family Children's Gallery at the Foundry Puppet Theatre. All of these events were free and open to the public. Families enjoyed crafts, refreshments and art together throughout the afternoon.
The Art Carousel Reading Tree Area was also debuted! Children can curl up with a good book on a comfy beanbag chair under a giant tree.
The community experienced Amazing Animals! with Kevin the Frog Man. Kevin not only brought exotic frogs, but a hedgehog, iguana and snakes! We Glee! is a local singing group with kids age 8-21 that sing popular and classic hits. Families did fall-themed crafts and projects together in the Grand Hall. We had a fun, musical story time under the Foundry Reading Tree with Frilly and Miller.
Free Family Fun Day is always a great time for families in the St. Charles community!
