While developing my skills as an artist it was always important that I capture an exact likeness of my subject. Eventually, though, I became unsatisfied with simply recreating images, and I started experimenting with different materials, techniques, and most importantly ideas. My new freedom allowed me to expand my vision and to consider unfamiliar resources to inspire my imagination. Science, which I was usually distant from, became an area that had unlimited creative possibilities. I began to research microbiology and discovered a universe of infinite species that continue to grow and evolve.
And like science, which constantly reaches out to new horizons and areas of knowledge, I too am constantly exploring and pushing my creativity to realms I never imagined existed. I believe it is only by struggling on the edges of possibilities that growth can be achieved.
