The Saturday Art Club is a 7-week program where children, ages 6-11, learn about famous artists, movements in art history, and then create works of art inspired by them! Mediums used will include ceramics, drawing, painting, sculpture, and mixed media. On the last day of Art Club, students will display all of their artwork in a mini reception for family and friends to view.

The Foundry Art Centre Children’s Book Club inspires kids to explore new books and ideas through traditional folk tales, fairy tales, and more! Each club meeting will begin by reading the book of the month. Next, kids will discuss the story, share their opinions, and then create a work of art based on the story. Club size is limited and advance registration is required. An adult is welcome to stay with younger children for the meeting. Club meetings are the 1st Saturday of each month from October 2017 – April 2018 and are designed for children ages 5-10.
