Grand hall pricing

If you’re looking for a unique place to hold your next fundraiser, anniversary dinner, or private party, the Foundry Art Centre has a space for you! The Grand Hall, with 75-foot ceilings and in-house audio/visual, can accommodate 400 for a seated dinner or 350 with a dance floor. We have plenty of space for auction tables, a band, and a great stage for an auctioneer.

RENTAL PRICING

• Mondays-Thursdays: $3,000

• Fridays, Saturdays, & Sundays: $4,000

Included

RENTAL & TIME

• Up to seven (7) hours of setup time. WOW! Venue access for event set up between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM the day of the event

• Five (5) hours of event time, one (1) hour of clean up/load out time

TABLES & CHAIRS

• Assortment of tables: 66” rounds, 8 ft., 6 ft., tall & short cocktail tables

• Up to 400 white padded chairs

• FAC staff will set up and remove tables and chairs

AUDIO & VISUAL

• Baby Grand Piano - Yamaha GP Disklavier 0 Model: DGC1

• Grand Hall Projection Screen – 144” high x 188” wide

• Wireless Microphone – SHURE SM58

• Grau Schierding Stage – 31’ long x 19’ deep x 18’ high.

EVENT PLANNING & DESIGN

• Two pre-planning meetings with custom floor plans (PDF)

PARKING AND SECURITY

• Ample parking spaces with handicap accessibility

• Security (off duty police officer)

ART!

• Our INCREDIBLE Gallery can be open for the first hour for guests to explore (unless special/traveling exhibition in galleries prevents Foundry access, or if between shows) - no food or beverages are permitted in the galleries
